When I noticed several cracks in my ceiling, walls & sticking doors, I was concerned for my home’s foundation. So, after many referrals from previous customers, I called Level Up Construction & Services. Shirley came out performed a thorough evaluation. She took the time to sit down explain all her findings & the work she recommended. All work was performed as she stated & was certified by an independent structural engineer. The level of professionalism was outstanding. Our 50-year-old pier & beam home feels amazing & we couldn’t be happier with the work. After the foundation was repaired, they had their construction crew come out bid our remodel work as well. We were able to work with the same company for both projects.

I want to give a shoutout to Level Up Construction & Services LLC., for the fantastic work they performed on our rental home in Arlington, Texas. John walked me through the entire process on the day he came to inspect my property, leaving no questions unanswered. In December 2023, the team showed up on time, ready to work with no time wasted. The jobsite was kept clean, any questions I had during this process were answered. After the foundation repair was complete, they provided a quote for interior repair from the damages caused by the foundation settlement. This made the process so much easier dealing with one company. They are scheduled to do the interior repairs end of February. Hands down my best contractor experience.

We had major damage that was identified by a recent engineering report which was going to require some extensive work to be done. I reached out to multiple companies and we chose Level Up Construction to perform the work.

From my initial contact with Shirley she was awesome to work with. Between her and John they made us feel like they were there to solve our problem, answer any questions and most important do so with a great price. Other companies i spoke with made everything feel so scripted and routine.

The work took almost a full week to complete. We have animals and during the work there was a large section of subfloor that was removed due to being rotted, this was also used as access to perform work on the rest of the house. John and his crew were very mindful to cover and create access where necessary so that we could keep our animals home.

I would recommend Shirley and John for any work that needs to be done. I will be working through some remodel efforts over the next year and if i end up needing help with any of this they will be my first call.

We used Level Up services for foundation repair and they did a great job from start to finish. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable and timely. So kind and very professional. They leveled my 70+ year old house, replaced all sub structure, added more piers for support, and replaced the support beams. Feels like a new house, solid! Reasonable price only took two days, excellent, hardworking, knowledgeable crew. Plan and quote from another well-known leveling company was not even what was needed, wasn’t addressing the actual problem, and costs many thousands more and would have been a disaster. Will definitely hire again for remodeling projects.
